Ingredients:
1 package Premio Sweet Italian Sausage Meat, cooked, crumbled and drained
1 (15 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 cup scallions, finely sliced
1/2 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
1/3 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 bag Party ‘tizers Super Grains Dippin’ Chips
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Meat Lovers' Cheesy Alfredo Dip:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, Alfredo sauce, parmesan cheese and garlic powder, until well combined. Fold in cooked Premio Sausage Meat and 1/2 of bacon, reserving the rest for garnish.
2. In a small bowl, combine sliced scallions and diced jalapeño. Mix half of that mixture into dip; reserve rest for garnish.
3. Pour dip mixture into a greased baking dish, approximately 8 x 8”. Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese and place into preheated oven; bake for 25-30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and top with remaining bacon, scallions and jalapeño. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving with Super Grains Dippin’ Chips.
