Ingredients:
1 package Premio Private: Kielbasa, sliced crosswise in 1/4-inch rounds
1 (12 ounce) bottle ketchup
3-4 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 small diced onion
1 pound cooked cut green beans
1 tablespoon oil
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Polish Sausage Soup:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add Premio Sausage and brown. Drain on paper towel lined plate.
2. Place all ingredients in a large dutch oven. Heat through.
3. Remove and let cool; serve with crusty french bread or cornbread.
