Potato Pancakes

Ingredients:

8 ounces Premio Sausage (choose your favorite), cooked & chopped
2 potatoes, grated
1 onion, grated
1/2 Fuji apple, chopped
1 egg
2-3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.

How to make Potato Pancakes:

1. In a large mixing bowl, place all ingredients; mix well.

2. Transfer mixture into a skillet; cook over medium-high heat until pancakes begin to form. Remove, let cool; serve.
