Ingredients:

Pattie:
4 Premio Chorizo Sausage links, casings removed
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon cumin
Chipotle Mayo:
1 cup mayo
2 canned chipotles
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons cilantro

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.

How to make Premio Chorizo Burger:

Pattie:
1.
Place all of the ingredients in large bowl; mix well.

2. Take mixture and mold into 4-5 patties; let cool for 20-30 minutes.

3. Grill or pan sear to desired temperature, making sure patty is cooked through. Remove from grill or pan; custom build a burger.

Chipotle Mayo:

1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.

Burger set up(suggested):

  • Kaiser roll or burger bun
  • Leaf lettuce
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced avocado
  • Chipotle mayo
  • Chorizo-sirloin pattie
