1 cup mayo
2 canned chipotles
1 tablespoon lime juice

2 tablespoons cilantro
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Premio Chorizo Burger:
Pattie:
1. Place all of the ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
2. Take mixture and mold into 4-5 patties; let cool for 20-30 minutes.
3. Grill or pan sear to desired temperature, making sure patty is cooked through. Remove from grill or pan; custom build a burger.
Chipotle Mayo:
1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
