1 package Premio Premio’s Sweet Italian Sausage or Premio Hot Italian Sausage, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces 4 potatoes, cut in cubes, peeled and parboiled
2 bell peppers
Olive oil
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Premio Sausage Kebobs:
1. Alternate vegetables and Premio Sausage on skewers. Brush with oil and place on grill.
2. Grill over medium heat until sausage is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Let cool; enjoy!
