Ingredients:
1/2 pound Premio Hot Italian Sausage, casings removed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon each of Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, garlic powder, minced garlic, onion flakes or powder and salt and pepper to taste.
1/4 cup grated Parmesean cheese
1/3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make Sausage Meatloaf:
1. Cook Premio Sausage according to package instructions, until done.
2. Combine all ingredients and place (forming a meatloaf shape) into a baking dish with water; bake in preheated 400 degree (F) oven until done. Serve and enjoy!
