Ingredients:

3 pounds Premio Premio Italian Sausage with Cheese & Basil or Premio Italian Sausage with Tomato, Garlic & Rosemary
2-3 pounds red skinned potatoes, skin on, cut into bite size chunks
1 large vidalia onion, sliced thinly
Olive oil, about 1/4 cup
1-2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning, depending on taste

  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.

How to make Sausage & Potatoes:

1. Broil or grill Premio Sausage until outside is well browned. Let cool then cut into bite size chunks.

2. Mix together with potatoes, peppers and onions in large rectangular casserole/baking dish. Toss with olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning and salt.

3. Bake covered for 1 hour at 400 degrees (F), or until potatoes are tender. Serve warm.
