Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package Premio Private: Kielbasa, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 (12 ounce) package of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 (13.5 ounce) can whole leaf spinich or frozen spinach
1 (12 ounce) package spaghetti
1/4 cup parmasean cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
- Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.
How to make SMK Pasta Wonderful:
1. Pour oil into a skillet; add butter and. Cook onions, mushrooms and sliced Premio Sausage until onions are transluscent.
2. In a colander, drain the spinach.
3. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, to your desired tenderness.
4. Mix in spinach and spaghetti; heat well. Top with parmasean cheese and enjoy. Salt and pepper to taste.
