Spicy Alfredo Pasta with Spicy Italian Premio Sausage

Ingredients:

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1/4 C of Yogurt
  • 1/4 C of Water
  • 1 Tbsp of Garlic
  • Lots of Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp of Coconut Flour
  • Salt + Pepper to taste
  • 1 lb of cooked pasta
  • Always cook pork sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 160° F using a meat thermometer.
  • Always cook chicken sausage to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F using a meat thermometer.

How to make Spicy Alfredo Pasta with Spicy Italian Premio Sausage:

  1. Cook your pasta and set it aside
  2. Cook your Premio Spicy Italian Sausage and diced onion mix together
  3. Add your alfredo sauce to cooked pasta and sausage and onion mix
  4. Mix some more and enjoy it nice and warm!
